this creature is one hell of a party animal, not really a malevolent being, more chaotic neutral in my opinion. They also love freely and have many half-blooded kids with the humans that they fall in love with. They will go back to these people to take them back to their underwater home. sometimes they just take whoever would keep them company too.
Though they can look human, one thing will always remain dolphin. That is their blowhole. The top of their head is bald. They hide it under a hat.
